Can I cancel the trial at any time?+
Yes! You can cancel at any point during our 30 day free trial with no obligation to continue or pay. However, while our memberships can be paid in monthly installments, they all require an annual commitment, so if you find yourself needing to cancel an active membership, you'll need to reach out to our amazing support team to explore your options.
Can I download anything during a free trial?+
Yes! That's the best part of our free trial—you have access to our entire library. While the trial does have limitations on how much you can download, there are no limitations on what you can download.
Do I have to have a membership to download content?+
Not at all! While we think a membership is the best way to experience Igniter, almost everything in our library can be purchased individually—however, there are some file types that are only available to members (Photoshop files, After Effects files, and Canva templates, for example).
Can I customize Igniter's media to fit my specific needs?+
For the most part, yes! Many of our graphics include editable templates—your trial and/or membership will include access to tens of thousands of Photoshop files, After Effects files, and Canva templates designed to let you say what you need to say, without having to design it yourself.
Does Igniter utilize AI in your work?+
We consider AI to be just another creative tool in our arsenal, so we will occasionally use it in our creative process. We also see great potential for it's use to speed things up for churches wanting to create their own content quickly—which is why we're working on something special that we'll be testing soon.
Can I use your content in our live stream/online?+
Yes! With the exception of a handful of restricted mini movies, our entire library is cleared to use in your in-person and online church services. (Disclaimer: YouTube and Facebook copyright bots get things wrong sometimes, but generally if you dispute a claim on our content, it will go away.)
How often does Igniter add new content?+
ALMOST daily. We would say daily, but since every piece of media has to be curated by humans, we have to let them take days off occasionally.
Who is your favorite best friend duo?+
Your church and Igniter, hands down. Followed closely by Johnny and Chachi. Then with Shane and Shane at a distant third.
